Very silent flat in a quite new building looking on inner garden! For 1-2 persons, with 15 m2 terrace on the courtyard, with plants, full light, not windy. You have place to enjoy the BALCONY, with 4-6 guests, enough place the put your bicycle, sunbed, cleaning stuff.
