                                            The apartment is in a historically-protected building built around 1885. A full-renovation was completed in 2018. It is on the top floor (3rd), and there is no elevator. The windows face Bródy Sándor utca and a quite courtyard.

There are 3 rooms – 2 bedrooms, plus one large fully equipped kitchen/dining/living room. Additionally, it has 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. In total, the flat is 75 sq. meters.
